Yeah, well, here we are!

Two long days in the parks wore these kids out. And their parents.

Love Cars! Found out that in California Adventure they are building Radiator Springs with all kinds of great features. Can't wait to see it! Maybe in a few years.

J. went on Splash Mountain twice in a row, and had to sit in the front both times. Not too happy about getting so wet, and not too happy that I insisted on taking his picture. I assured him that someday he would laugh about this. So far he has just smiled.

OK, extremely grainy, and not the best pic of me, but I love the teacups ride. Especially at night when it's all lit up. My big Uncle Ken used to take us on this ride when I was a kid and spin it so hard and fast that you couldn't hold your head up straight. We'd get so dizzy! Good times!

I'm so glad we were able to go.  We had free tickets for one day from doing the give a day get a day service thing, and we told the kids we were going in July in conjunction with a family reunion, but because Spence changed jobs, he doesn't have any vacation days and in fact can't take any days off for a few months.  So, after he was let go from his old work and before he started his new job, we took the kids out of school and jumped at the chance.  Really, I feel so spoiled.  We've been very blessed.  I'm so grateful.
